You may return most merchandise for a full refund excluding shipping fees. In some cases products may be subject to a 20 percent restocking fee within 20 days of receipt. Most Products are backed by a standard manufacturer warranty. All returns are subject to Customer Service approval. Special order items are non-refundable and non- cancelable.

If an item is returned to us after 20 days, we reserve the right to keep the item, and as per our return policy stated herein, a refund/credit cannot be issued, and you will be notified of such.  All return merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original material that the manufacturer sent with the merchandise.  Returns must be sent prepaid within 20 days of the date received.  No collect shipments will be accepted. Damage by improper care or handling is NOT returnable.  All returns needs to be pre-approved by Gotagiftforyou,com prior to be returned to us. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and refund/credit will be declined. Original postage plus return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. All personalized items, maxi-mom carriers and maternity belts are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed with the Manufacturer.

Should a cancellation be allowed, due to a special circumstance (at Multiplesoutlet's discretion) there will be a fee attached to the cancellation, passed on from the manufacturer. The amount of the fee can vary, based on the product in question.
